Eastside Church is a growing, multi-ethnic, multi-generational community. We're a diverse and vibrant church family made up of longtime locals, college students, first- and second-generation Americans, and families from around the world. You'll find kids everywhere, multiple languages in the room, and people from many cultural backgrounds worshiping together every week.

We are not a platform church or a personality-driven ministry. We are a community church in a college town, shaped by many cultures, many stories, and one shared love for Christ.

The Director of Worship Ministry at Eastside Church leads the church family into worship that is spiritually alive, culturally aware, and deeply rooted in Jesus. This is a part-time role with real room to grow. The role is intentionally structured so that the Director of Worship Ministry can focus first on leading people, shaping culture, and building relationships, not getting buried in logistics.
